Preparing the Chicken Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Arrange Wings
Place the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the stick of unsalted butter over low heat.

Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Toss with Buffalo Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce until well-coated.
Making the Ranch Dressing

Mix the Dressing
In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Cover the ranch dressing and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes before serving.
