Method

Fries

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This ensures a crispy finish on the fries.

  2. 2

    Prepare Sweet Potatoes

Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into thin fries, about 1/4 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Coat Fries

In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato fries with olive oil, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until all fries are evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are not crowded to allow for even cooking.

  5. 5

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.

Spicy Aioli

  1. 6

    Mix Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

  2. 7

    Adjust Seasoning

Taste the aioli and adjust the salt or sriracha to your preference for spiciness.

  3. 8

    Serve

Serve the sweet potato fries hot from the oven with the spicy aioli on the side for dipping.
