    Prepare Ingredients

    Peel and devein the shrimp if not already done. Dice the onion, bell pepper, and celery. Mince the garlic.

    Sauté Vegetables

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.

    Add Garlic and Seasoning

    Add the minced garlic and creole seasoning to the skillet. Stir and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

    Pour in the crushed tomatoes and beer. Stir well to combine and bring the mixture to a simmer.
