Method

Prepare the Dough

  1. 1

    Make the Pizza Base

In a large bowl, combine the pizza dough ingredients. Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  2. 2

    Let the Dough Rise

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

Prepare the Toppings

  1. 3

    Slice the Cherry Tomatoes

Wash the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half. Set aside.

  2. 4

    Prepare the Cheese

Grate the pizza cheese blend if not pre-grated and set aside.

  3. 5

    Prepare the Ranch Dressing

Open the ranch dressing bottle and have it ready for drizzling.

  4. 6

    Season with Salt and Pepper

In a small bowl, mix the salt and black pepper. Set aside for seasoning the pizza.

Assemble and Bake the Pizza

  1. 7

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

  2. 8

    Roll Out the Dough

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a round shape, about 1/2 inch thick.

  3. 9

    Add the Toppings

Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Drizzle olive oil on top, then sprinkle the cheese blend evenly over the base. Add the sliced cherry tomatoes on top.

  4. 10

    Season and Bake

Sprinkle the salt and black pepper mixture over the pizza. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  5. 11

    Finish with Ranch Dressing

Once the pizza is out of the oven, drizzle ranch dressing over the top and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
