Unsweetened Iced Tea

    Boil Water

    In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

    Steep Tea

    Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the 4 black tea bags. Let the tea bags steep for about 5 minutes, or until the desired strength is reached.

    Remove Tea Bags

    After steeping, carefully remove the tea bags from the pot and discard them.

    Cool the Tea

    Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate it until chilled.

    Serve

    To serve, fill a glass with ice, pour the chilled tea over the ice, and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.

Sweet Tea

    To serve, fill a glass with ice, pour the chilled sweet tea over the ice, and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
