Method

Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s hot enough to bake the cheesy bread.

2

Prepare the Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add minced garlic (4 cloves) and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

3

Mix Cheese and Seasonings

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper. Pour the garlic butter over the cheese mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.

4

Prepare the Baguette

Slice the French baguette in half lengthwise. Place the halves cut side up on a baking sheet.

5

Spread the Mixture

Evenly spread the garlic and cheese mixture over the cut sides of the baguette halves.

Baking

6

Bake the Bread

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.

7

Cool and Serve

Remove the cheesy bread from the oven and let it cool slightly. Cut into slices and serve warm.
