Method

Preparing the Ingredients

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato and onion into thin rings.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Fries

If using frozen fries, follow the package instructions for cooking. For homemade house fries, cut potatoes into sticks, rinse, and dry before frying or baking. For sweet potato fries, cut sweet potatoes into sticks, coat with oil, and season with salt before cooking.

Cooking the Angus Burgers

  1. 3

    Grill the Burgers

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Angus burger patties with salt and pepper. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

Assembling the Fry Platter

  1. 4

    Assemble the Platter

On a large serving platter, place the cooked Angus burger patties. Surround them with the prepared house fries and sweet potato fries. Add the sliced tomatoes, onions, and lettuce leaves on the side.

  2. 5

    Serve with Dipping Sauces

Place the dipping sauces in small bowls around the platter for easy access. Enjoy your Fry Platter!
