Cooking Pasta

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Preparing Beer Cheese Sauce

Simmer the Beer
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the beer and bring it to a gentle simmer.

Add Cream Cheese
Once simmering, add in the cream cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.

Add Cheddar Cheese
Gradually add the sharp cheddar cheese, stirring continuously until fully melted and well-combined.

Season the Sauce
Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Combining Ingredients

Mix Pasta with Sauce
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the beer cheese sauce. Mix until the pasta is well-coated.

Add Bacon and Scallions
Gently fold in the bacon bits and half of the scallions, reserving the other half for garnish.
Serving

Serve the pasta immediately, garnished with the remaining scallions on top.
