Method

Marinating the Chicken

1

In a large bowl, combine the buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

2

Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or for up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Cooking the Chicken

3

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).

4

Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off. Discard the leftover marinade.

5

If grilling, place the chicken breasts directly on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). If using an oven, place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes.

6

During the last few minutes of cooking, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of each chicken breast, allowing it to melt.

Serving the Chicken

7

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill or oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes.

8

Top with blue cheese crumbles and chopped green onions.

9

Serve with celery sticks on the side and garnish with fresh parsley.
