Method
Preparing the Cauliflower

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Cut Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Season Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Melt Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Combine Ingredients
Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, vinegar, and cayenne pepper to the saucepan, stirring until all ingredients are combined.

Simmer Sauce
Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Baking and Tossing

Bake Cauliflower
Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until tender and slightly crispy.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and place it in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.

Serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing, if desired.
