Preparing the Brussels Sprouts

Clean and Trim the Brussels Sprouts
Remove any yellow or damaged outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts. Trim the stems and cut each sprout in half lengthwise.

Season the Brussels Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper until evenly coated.
Cooking the Brussels Sprouts

Fry the Brussels Sprouts
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the Brussels sprouts cut-side down in a single layer. Fry for about 5-7 minutes until the cut sides are golden brown and crispy. Flip the sprouts and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until they are tender and cooked through.
Making the Garlic Aioli

Prepare the Aioli
In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Serve the Dish
Once the Brussels sprouts are cooked, transfer them to a serving dish and serve immediately with the garlic aioli on the side for dipping.
