Marinating the Chicken

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh thyme, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined.

Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for maximum flavor.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off any excess. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
