Prepare the Chicken

Season the Chicken
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Coat the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in the all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip, and then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
Cooking the Chicken

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Cook the Chicken
Add the breaded chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Assemble the Dish

Add Marinara Sauce
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom. Place the cooked chicken breasts on top of the sauce.

Top with Cheese
Spoon the remaining marinara sauce over the chicken breasts, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
