Prep Chicken

Season Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Grill Chicken
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the heat and let rest before slicing.
Cook Pasta

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt.

Cook Fettuccine
Add fettuccine pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make Alfredo Sauce

Melt Butter
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Add Heavy Cream
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally.

Stir in Cheese
Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Season Sauce
Season the sauce with black pepper and salt to taste. Remove from heat.
Combine and Serve

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked fettuccine to the Alfredo sauce and toss until the pasta is well coated.

Slice Chicken
Slice the grilled chicken breasts into strips.

Plate the pasta and top with sliced chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
