Boil the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
Sautéing Vegetables

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add zucchini, bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Add Cherry Tomatoes
Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they soften.
Combining Ingredients

Combine Pasta and Vegetables
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a light sauce.

Season and Serve
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
