Mimosa Preparation

Prepare the Orange Juice
If using fresh oranges, squeeze the oranges to extract the juice until you have 2 cups of fresh orange juice. Strain the juice to remove any pulp or seeds if desired.

Chill the Champagne
Place the bottle of champagne in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving, or in an ice bucket for about 30 minutes to chill.

Mix the Ingredients
In a champagne flute or a glass, pour 1 part fresh orange juice and top it with 2 parts chilled champagne. The ratio can be adjusted to taste.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish each glass with a slice of orange on the rim. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing mimosa!
