Preparing the Crispy Ravioli

Bread the Ravioli
Take each piece of ravioli, first coat it in the flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally, coat it in the breadcrumbs. Ensure the ravioli are fully covered. Set aside on a plate.

Fry the Ravioli
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, fry the breaded ravioli in batches, about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Making the Basil Pesto Cream Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan over medium heat, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the basil pesto and heavy cream, stirring to combine.

Simmer the Sauce
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly. Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir until the cheese is melted.
Serving the Dish

Plate the Ravioli
On a serving platter, arrange the crispy ravioli. Drizzle the basil pesto cream sauce over the ravioli.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan Romano cheese and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.
