Salad Preparation

Prepare the Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt or grit. Pat the leaves dry with a clean kitchen towel or use a salad spinner.

Chop the Lettuce
Roughly chop the dried romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons and Cheese
Sprinkle the croutons and grated Parmesan cheese over the chopped romaine lettuce in the salad bowl.
Dressing Preparation

Make the Dressing
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined and smooth.
Assembly

Combine Salad and Dressing
Pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly with the dressing.

Serve the Caesar salad immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
