Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

If not pre-cooked, steam the shrimp and scallops until opaque, about 3-5 minutes. Make sure the shrimp is pink and firm. For the oysters and lobster tails, ensure they are shucked and cut in half respectively if not already done.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Ice Base

In a large platter or shallow dish, spread the crushed ice evenly to create a bed for the seafood.

Assembly

  1. 3

    Arrange the Seafood

On top of the crushed ice, arrange the shrimp, oysters, king crab legs, lobster tails, and scallops in a decorative manner. You can create a cascading effect with the seafood to make it visually appealing.

  2. 4

    Garnish and Serve

Garnish the seafood with lemon wedges and fresh parsley. Serve immediately with cocktail sauce on the side for dipping.
