Brew the Espresso
Brew a shot of espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine, stovetop, etc.). Set aside to cool slightly.

Prepare the Cocktail Shaker
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice to chill while you prepare the other ingredients.
Mixing the Drink

Combine Ingredients
In the chilled cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Lalo Tequila, 1 oz of brewed espresso, 0.5 oz of Dry Curacao, and 0.5 oz of Agave Syrup.

Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of Chocolate Bitters and 2 dashes of Orange Bitters to the mixture.

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well combined and chilled.
Serving

Strain and Garnish
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a strip of orange peel, expressing the oils over the drink before placing it in the glass.
