Infuse the Whisky
In a small container, combine 2 oz of Dewar's 12 Year Scotch Whisky with 1 tsp of cherry pipe tobacco. Allow to infuse for at least 30 minutes to capture the smoky notes of the tobacco.

Strain the Mixture
After the infusion period, strain the whisky through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter to remove the tobacco leaves. This should leave you with a smooth, flavored whisky.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add the infused whisky, 1 tbs of honey, and 2 dashes of house bitters.

Stir
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture gently for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Prepare the Glass
Strain the chilled mixture into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.

Garnish
Garnish with a cherry on top for a touch of elegance and added flavor.
