Method
Preparation
Prepare the Spinach
In a large skillet, sauté the fresh spinach over medium heat until wilted, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Chop the Roasted Red Peppers
While the spinach cools, chop the roasted red peppers into small pieces and set aside.
Mixing
Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, chopped roasted red peppers, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mix until well blended.
Add the Cheeses
Stir in the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses to the mixture until evenly distributed.
Seasoning
Season the Dip
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the mixture. Stir well to incorporate all spices.
Baking
Bake the Dip
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
Serving
Serve with Chips
Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
