Preparation
Chill the Glass
Place a cocktail glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while preparing the cocktail.
Mix the Cocktail
In a mixing glass, add 2 oz of Basil Hayden Bourbon, 1 oz of Sweet Vermouth, and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes (about 1 cup) and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into Glass
