In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and set aside.

Prepare the French Fries
Cook the frozen French fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy. Set aside.

Smoke the Hot Dogs
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Smoke the all-beef hot dogs for about 30 minutes, or until heated through and infused with smoky flavor.

Assemble the Horseshoe Dog
On a plate, place a smoked hot dog and top it with a generous amount of the cooked ground beef. Add a pile of French fries on top.

Drizzle the cheddar cheese sauce over the fries, then add the chili, sour cream, crispy fried onions, crumbled bacon, and jalapeños.
