Method

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, then carefully flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon while grilling for added flavor.

Preparing the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 3

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

  2. 4

    Add Garlic

Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 5

    Finish the Sauce

Stir in the fresh lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and add chopped fresh parsley. Set aside.

Cooking the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 6

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the zucchini and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 7

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced zucchini and bell peppers. Season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
