Method
Wings
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- 3
Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
While the wings are baking, melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add the buffalo sauce and stir until well combined. Remove from heat.
- 4
Toss the Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
Ranch Dressing
- 5
Mix the Ranch Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- 6
Refrigerate
Cover the ranch dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
