Cooking Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring there are no lumps. Continue to cook until the mixture thickens, about 5–7 minutes.

Incorporate Cheese
Stir in the sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese until melted and smooth. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Combining Ingredients

Mix in Lobster and Seafood
Fold in the cooked lobster, shrimp, and crab meat into the cheese sauce. Carefully mix until all seafood is well-coated with the sauce.

Combine with Pasta
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese and seafood mixture. Stir until the pasta is evenly mixed with the creamy sauce.

Toast Croutons
Spread the bread mixture onto a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
