Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Fruits
Wash the strawberries and raspberries thoroughly under cold water. Hull the strawberries and cut them into halves. Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut it into smaller chunks.
- 2
Juicing the Limes
Cut the limes in half and squeeze them to extract the juice. Measure out 1 cup of fresh lime juice.
- 3
Making Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts sugar and water (1 cup each). Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Allow to cool before use.
Mixing
- 4
Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the prepared strawberries, mango chunks, raspberries, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
- 5
Strain the Mixture
If desired, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds and pulp for a smoother texture.
Serving
- 6
Prepare the Glasses
Rub the rim of each margarita glass with a lime wedge and dip it in salt to coat the rim.
- 7
Pour and Garnish
Pour the blended margarita mixture into the prepared glasses. Garnish with additional lime wedges as desired and serve immediately.
