Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Knob Creek Bourbon, maple syrup, and Angostura bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture until well chilled, about 20-30 seconds.

Strain the mixture into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.

Express the oils from the fresh orange peel over the drink by holding it over the glass and twisting it. Then, add the peel as a garnish.
