Burger Components

Method

Cooking the Components

  1. 1

    Prepare the Hash Browns

In a skillet over medium heat, add a small amount of oil. Once hot, add 1 cup of hash browns. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet, add 2 slices of bacon. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy. Once done, remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Sausage Patty

In the same skillet, add the sausage patty and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and browned. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

  4. 4

    Fry the Egg

In the same skillet, crack the egg and cook to your liking (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.). For a fried egg, cook for 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but the yolk remains runny. Remove from skillet.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the Everything Bagel Ciabatta Bun, layer the crispy hash browns, followed by the sausage patty, bacon, and then the fried egg. Top with a slice of American cheese and cover with the top half of the bun.
