Method

Sloppy Joe Mixture

  1. 1

    Cook the Beef

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.

  2. 2

    Add Vegetables

Add the diced onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.

  3. 3

    Add Garlic

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Mix in Sauces

Add ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined and simmer for 10 minutes.

Mac & Cheese

  1. 5

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, boil water and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 6

    Prepare Cheese Sauce

In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add milk and cream cheese, stirring until the cream cheese is fully melted.

  3. 7

    Add Cheeses

Gradually add the cheddar, Monterey jack, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses. Stir until all cheese is melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.

  4. 8

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well coated.

Assembly
