Make the Housemade Lime & Sour Mix
In a small mixing bowl, combine the fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Stir until well mixed and set aside.

Prepare the Fruits
Wash the fresh raspberries, mango, and strawberries. Dice the mango and slice the strawberries. Set all fruits aside in a mixing bowl.
Mixing the Margarita

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the Exotico Tequila, Gran Gala, brandy, housemade lime & sour mix, and all the prepared fruits (raspberries, mango, strawberries).

Add Spice (if desired)
If you prefer a spicy margarita, add sliced jalapeño to the shaker. Adjust the quantity based on your spice preference.

Shake the Mixture
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Optionally, garnish with a lime wheel or additional fresh fruit.
