Method
Preparation of Cauliflower

- 4
Bread the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with bread crumbs, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- 5
Fry the Cauliflower
Carefully place the breaded cauliflower in the hot oil, a few at a time, without overcrowding. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Preparation of Beer Cheese
- 6
Melt the Cheese
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sharp cheddar cheese and cream cheese. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- 7
Add Beer and Seasonings
Slowly mix in the beer, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more beer to reach desired consistency.
