Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck with the sautéed onion mixture, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, and diced red onions. Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Form the Patty
Divide the mixture into two equal portions. Form each portion into a large patty, about 1 inch thick, ensuring the center is slightly thicker to prevent shrinking while cooking.
Cook the Burger

Grill the Patties
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 6-8 minutes on one side, then flip. Top each patty with one slice of American cheese and one slice of Swiss cheese. Cook for an additional 6-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes. Place a patty on each bun, then top with shredded lettuce, a slice of tomato, and pickles. Cover with the top bun.
