Bread the Cheese Curds
Coat each cheese curd in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into beaten eggs, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
Frying

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Curds
Carefully add cheese curds to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Mix the Ranch Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Chill the Ranch
Cover the ranch dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
