Method
Prepare the Burger Patties

Season the Patties
Season the prime rib patties on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Cook the Patties
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the seasoned patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the desired doneness is reached.
Sauté the Onions

Assemble the Burger

Add Cheese
Once the patties are cooked, place American cheese and pepper jack cheese slices on top of each patty. Cover with a lid for about 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.

Prepare the Jalapeno Cheese Curds
Fry the breaded jalapeno cheese curds in the skillet until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

Prepare Avocado Ranch

Prepare Chipotle Ketchup

Mix the Chipotle Ketchup
In a small bowl, mix ketchup with chipotle powder. Adjust seasoning as needed.
