Cheese Dip Preparation

Prepare the Cheese Base
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Stir continuously until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth.

Add Remaining Ingredients
Pour in the milk and add the canned diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

Simmer the Dip
Increase the heat slightly and continue to cook the dip for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently. Make sure to prevent the dip from boiling.

Adjust Seasoning
Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if necessary.

Prepare the Serving Station
In a serving bowl, pour the queso dip and place it on a large serving platter.

Arrange tortilla chips, pretzel bites, and a side of fresh pico de gallo around the queso dip.
