Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Tenderloin
Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin and cut it into 1-inch thick slices. Gently pound each slice to an even thickness.
- 2
Set Up Breading Station
In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour in the first, beat the eggs in the second, and mix the bread crumbs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder in the third.
- 3
Bread the Tenderloin
Coat each slice of pork first in flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the seasoned bread crumbs. Press the crumbs onto the meat to ensure they stick.
- 4
Fry the Tenderloin
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded tenderloin pieces in batches and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- 5
Drain and Serve
Remove the tenderloins from the skillet and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
