Cook the Gnocchi
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potato gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Sauce

Sauté the Bacon and Mushrooms
In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, add the mixed wild mushrooms and sauté until they are browned and tender.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked bacon back into the skillet with the mushrooms. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate.

Add Cream and Truffle Oil
Reduce the heat to low, stir in the heavy cream and truffle oil, and let it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Bringing it Together

Combine Gnocchi with Sauce
Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce and gently toss to coat them evenly. Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Serve
Plate the gnocchi and sauce, then garnish with grated Grana Padano cheese before serving.
