    Prepare the Bruschetta

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the loaf of bread into 1-inch thick pieces and place them on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.

    Make the Tomato Mixture

    Dice the tomatoes and mix with chopped fresh basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Let it sit for 10 minutes to combine flavors.

    Top each toasted bread slice with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.

    Prepare the Salmon

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
