Method

Preparation of Wings

  1. 1

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Toss until the wings are well coated.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

  3. 3

    Arrange the Wings

Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Ensure there’s space between each wing for even cooking.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 4

    Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through the cooking time.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the BBQ Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the BBQ sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until heated through and well combined. Remove from heat.

  2. 6

    Prepare the Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce and garlic powder. Stir until smooth and combined. Remove from heat.

  3. 7

    Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Sauce

In a small skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

Tossing & Serving

  1. 8

    Toss the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour your choice of sauce (BBQ, Buffalo, or Garlic Parmesan) over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

  2. 9

    Serve

Serve the wings hot with your favorite dipping sauces and celery sticks on the side.
