Method

For the Spinach & Artichoke Dip

1

Prepare the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2

Cook the Spinach

In a microwave-safe bowl, thaw the frozen spinach according to package instructions. Drain any excess moisture and set aside.

3

Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, diced jalapenos, mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well to combine.

4

Season the Dip

Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste. Ensure everything is evenly mixed.

5

Bake the Dip

Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

6

Prepare the Pita Chips

While the dip is baking, cut each pita bread into wedges (like a pizza) to create chips.

7

Season the Pita Chips

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss the pita wedges in the olive oil mixture until they are well coated.

8

Bake the Pita Chips

Arrange the coated pita wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden.
