Method

Pasta Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 3

    Make the Olive Oil Sauce

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

  2. 4

    Add the Vegetables

Stir in the prepared vegetables and spinach to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 5

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the vegetables. Toss everything together gently until the pasta is coated with the olive oil sauce and the vegetables are evenly distributed.

  2. 6

    Finish with Cheese

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss again to combine. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Serving

  1. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Serve the Pasta Primavera hot, garnished with chopped fresh basil leaves.
