If using fresh oranges, slice them in half and use a juicer to extract the juice. Strain the juice to remove any pulp if desired.

Place the bottle of Champagne in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is well chilled.

In a champagne flute, pour 1 part fresh orange juice to 2 parts Champagne. The typical ratio is about 1/3 orange juice to 2/3 Champagne, but you can adjust it to your taste.
