Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Juicing the Oranges

If using fresh oranges, slice them in half and use a juicer to extract the juice. Strain the juice to remove any pulp if desired.

  2. 2

    Chilling the Champagne

Place the bottle of Champagne in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is well chilled.

Mixing

  1. 3

    Combining Ingredients

In a champagne flute, pour 1 part fresh orange juice to 2 parts Champagne. The typical ratio is about 1/3 orange juice to 2/3 Champagne, but you can adjust it to your taste.

  2. 4

    Garnishing

If desired, add an orange slice on the rim of the glass for garnish.

Serving

  1. 5

    Enjoy Your Mimosa

Serve immediately while the drink is bubbly and fresh. Enjoy your Mimosa during brunch or any celebratory occasion.
