Preparation of Wings

Clean and Prepare Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

Season the Wings
Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the chicken wings. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
Cooking Wings

Bake or Fry Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a deep fryer. If baking, place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway. If frying, cook in batches for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Making Buttermilk Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.
Making Pineapple Habanero Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, finely chopped habanero peppers, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and let it cook for about 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
Making Buffalo Sauce

Mix Ingredients
In a small saucepan, combine hot sauce, butter, and garlic powder over low heat. Stir until the butter is melted and the mixture is well combined.
Making Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Combine with Parmesan
Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley until well combined.
Preparing Dry Rubs

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, dried thyme, and lemon pepper seasoning. Mix well to create the dry rub.
