Method

Preparation of Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water, then pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the wings with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 3

    Bake the Wings

Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Making Pineapple Habanero Sauce

  1. 4

    Blend the Sauce

In a blender, combine the diced pineapple, minced habanero peppers, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Set aside.

Making Buffalo Sauce

  1. 5

    Prepare the Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add hot sauce and vinegar, whisking until combined. Remove from heat and set aside.

Making Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  1. 6

    Cook the Garlic

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  2. 7

    Combine the Sauce

Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley until well combined.

Making Country Essence Dry Rub

  1. 8

    Mix the Dry Rub

In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and dried thyme. Mix well.

Making Lemon Pepper Dry Rub

  1. 9

    Combine the Dry Rub

In a small bowl, mix lemon zest, black pepper, and salt until well combined.

Coating the Wings

  1. 10

    Coat the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven. Divide the wings into four portions. Coat one portion with Pineapple Habanero Sauce, another with Buffalo Sauce, the third with Garlic Parmesan Sauce, and the last with Country Essence and Lemon Pepper Dry Rubs. Toss each portion until well coated.

Serving

  1. 11

    Serve

Serve the coated wings hot with your favorite dipping sauces on the side.
