Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Proteins

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and let it cool slightly. In the same skillet, add the bacon and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Finally, add the ham and heat through for about 2-3 minutes. Chop all proteins into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Dice the tomatoes and avocado. Thinly slice the radishes. If you have whole pickled onions, slice them into rings. Set aside all prepared veggies.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Salad Base

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens as the base of the salad.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Assemble the Salad

On top of the mixed greens, evenly distribute the cooked proteins (chorizo, bacon, ham), followed by the diced tomatoes, sliced radishes, avocado, and pickled onions.

  2. 5

    Add the Cheese and Dressing

Crumble the blue cheese over the salad and drizzle the Amablu dressing on top. Toss gently to combine, ensuring the dressing coats all ingredients.
