Method
Preparing the Cauliflower

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Cut the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Baking the Cauliflower

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Toss Cauliflower in Sauce
Once the cauliflower is done baking, transfer it to a clean bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over it. Toss gently until all florets are well coated.

Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
