Prepare the Glass
Take a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes. This will keep your drink chilled.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Tito's Vodka and 4 oz of Bloody Mary Mix. Shake gently to mix the ingredients well.

Pour the Mixture
Carefully pour the vodka and Bloody Mary mix over the ice-filled glass.

Garnish the Drink
Add the pickle spear and olives on a cocktail skewer and place it in the drink. Squeeze a wedge of lemon over the top and drop it in the glass.
