Prepare the Onion Jam
- 1
Cook the Onions
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until they are softened and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
- 2
Add Sugar and Vinegar
Stir in the brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and becomes jam-like in consistency.
- 3
Cool the Jam
Remove from heat and allow the onion jam to cool to room temperature.
Prepare the Spinach
- 4
Sauté the Spinach
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the Bloomsdale spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
Bake the Brie

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- 7
Bake the Brie
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey.

Slice the Baguette
While the Brie is baking, slice the baguette into 1-inch pieces.
- 9
Toast the Baguette
Brush the baguette slices with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
